The payment environment is secured following the strictest PCI DSS standards. Transactions are also 3D Secure. This means that, during the transaction, the system verifies whether the guest is a valid card holder.
Reduce chargebacks
Hotel Pay reduces the chance of chargebacks, which can occur when a guest requests reimbursement for a cancellation or no-show and the bank requires you to repay the amount paid.
